To find a LimePod, simply open the Lime app, and zoom in on the map screen showing all available LimePods near you.
To unlock a LimePod, open the Lime app and directly scan the QR code located on the driver’s side, passenger’s side, or the rear of the car, or manually enter the vehicle code located beneath the QR code.
Anywhere! During your trip, you can leave the service zone; however, it’s important to end your trip within it. Ending your trip outside the service zone will result in a penalty.
Parking is allowed in any legal metered and non-metered on-street spaces or residential permit zones.
Parking is not allowed in restricted spaces, including handicapped, commercial and street sweeping areas.

LimePods cost just $1 to unlock, and $0.40 a minute to use.
Yes, gas and insurance are both included.
Lime reserves the right to charge for parking tickets, violations, citations, fines, and other fees associated with your trip. If you feel you have wrongly incurred a charge, please contact us at t-support@li.me.
Before you begin your trip, do a quick inspection. If you see any signs of damage, please report it using the app, and find another vehicle.
If you encounter any issues with your LimePod that would affect your safety or ability to complete your trip, please safely park the LimePod, stop driving immediately, and report the problem to customer service by submitting a request at tsupport@li.me or calling 1(855) 400-9628. We will repair the vehicle as soon as possible!
If you require immediate police or medical attention, please call 911. Once all parties are out of harm’s way, and the necessary authorities have been contacted, please dial the number below to speak with a Lime representative.

At the start of your trip, report any damage or cleanliness issues by using the in-app reporting tool. If you don't report damage or you report that there is no damage and damage is discovered, you may be held responsible.
You must follow all traffic laws for your own safety and that of others. Obey all speed limits and signs and drive responsibly. Always wear your seatbelts.
