Have you ever wanted to explore a city or park using Lime for hours on end for one low price? This weekend to celebrate Memorial Day in the US, Lime is offering Lime Day Pass, a 24-hour pass that gives you unlimited 30-minute Lime rides (and reservations!) for one low price.

As many cities begin carefully opening their doors again, Lime is providing safe ways for people to explore their cities while social distancing. Lime’s new Day Pass is a great way to take full advantage of what Lime and cities have to offer. Savings can begin in just two trips!

Riders in over 20 US cities can log-in to their Lime app and tap the hamburger menu at the top of the left screen, then toggle to LimePass in the menu. After tapping on LimePass, riders can then opt in to the Memorial Day Pass deal.

Over the past month, Lime has gradually begun re-launching in markets across the world, offering Lime Aid to essential workers and offering an easy way for people to get around while social distancing.  As many cities begin carefully opening their doors again, Lime will continue to provide safe ways of traveling in an affordable, flexible and sustainable way.

Lime is dedicated to keeping our riders and communities safe, especially as we begin offering our services again. We’ve taken multiple steps in our open markets to improve the safety of our products and are offering information and advice to our riders on personal steps they can make on our safety website

  • • We have enhanced our cleaning methods and increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our scooters. We are cleaning all parts of the scooter that are touched by people and we are only using products recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on the Center for Biocide Chemistries list that have been approved by the EPA for use against the coronavirus.

  • • In our offices and warehouses, we are distributing hand sanitizer. All of our mechanics and operators in the field are required to wear gloves and wash their hands regularly.

  • • We’re following the CDC, the World Health Organization (WHO), federal agencies, and other global health organizations to collect the most up-to-the-minute information to ensure the actions we're taking are comprehensive and expedient. Based on this information, we will decide to continue, pause, or suspend operations in certain markets.

  •

Steps you can take to protect yourself:

  • • Just as you should wipe down public and shared surfaces with disinfectant, we encourage you to do the same before riding a scooter or bike.

  • • You could also consider wearing gloves as a precaution as well as washing your hands before and after riding.
